01Service Description

Fenceline provides continuous thermal leak detection monitoring for oil and gas infrastructure. Our service includes trailer-deployed thermal cameras, cloud-based computer vision detection, a web dashboard for real-time monitoring, and optional SMS/email alerting. Service terms are governed by your individual service agreement with Fenceline.

Program Details

03Consent & Opt-In

By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive SMS alerts as part of your Fenceline service agreement, you consent to receive automated text messages from Fenceline related to your monitored facilities. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use the Fenceline dashboard without SMS alerts enabled.

04Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from Fenceline. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS alerts — detection events will still appear on your dashboard and may be sent via email if configured.

06Service Limitations

Fenceline is a supplementary monitoring layer. Our service does not replace regulatory-mandated leak detection systems, scheduled inspections, or operator judgment.

Detection accuracy depends on environmental conditions, camera placement, and facility characteristics. While we work to minimize false negatives, Fenceline does not guarantee detection of all leak events. SMS delivery depends on carrier networks and is not guaranteed to be instantaneous.

07Liability

Fenceline is provided "as is" as a monitoring aid. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fenceline shall not be liable for damages arising from undetected leaks, delayed alerts, or SMS delivery failures. Specific liability terms are governed by your service agreement.

08Privacy

Your use of Fenceline services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information including phone numbers used for SMS alerts.

09Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Fenceline dashboard. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
